I've seen something very similar where certain DMX devices would not work. On some equipment the D+ pin and the D- pin are reversed. Data 1+ and - are often swapped over. The most commonly encountered pinout is given first.
Pin 1 Ground
Pin 2 Data 1- or 1+ (Primary Data Link)
Pin 3 Data 1+ or 1- (Primary Data Link)

Go to D512 hardware section and read about downloading and installing drivers.

I've created four palettes. Right, Left, Up, Down. When creating a step scene for a mover if I select Pan axis I see Right, Left Palette available as a position option. If I select Tilt axis I see Up, Down available as an option. But, In Generator with Pan/Tilt selected I only see Left, Right ...

I would find it very useful for the software to allow me to select a scene then trigger steps within that scene with ...

In Edit Mode check the little symbol under the channel for the fader. If it looks like a step the fixture will snap on, if it looks like a rounded step the fixture will fade on.

Make sure channel 12 is set to zero when moving pan or tilt. A value above 7 will command the fixture to blackout during pan /tilt moves.
