One of my 4 Intimidator is fading in when i light them all

I have 4 Intimidator Spot 250. The problem show when i apply a scene to the group that have the 4 lights in. When i light them all, the light no3 is fading in while the 3 other are lighting in solid.... (In live mode only) it is working good in steps mode.

In Edit Mode check the little symbol under the channel for the fader. If it looks like a step the fixture will snap on, if it looks like a rounded step the fixture will fade on.
