Generator does not propose all the pan/tilt palettes

I've created four palettes. Right, Left, Up, Down. When creating a step scene for a mover if I select Pan axis I see Right, Left Palette available as a position option. If I select Tilt axis I see Up, Down available as an option. But, In Generator with Pan/Tilt selected I only see Left, Right palette available as a position option. What am I missing here? Why would Up, Down not be visible? Thanks.

Pan and tilt channels are grouped in Generator.
If the channel pan is not activated, Generator does not see the palette.
