3D Generator Not Working - Please Help! [fixed]

I installed ShowXpress on my laptop without an issue EXCEPT the 3d generator doesn’t work. I have attached a screen shot. Any thoughts?

What files do they want me to send to them? Just the screen shot I posted here? If so, I e-mailed that address last night and provided a link to this thread.

Email them your Lightshows file.

On my computer it's in the Harddrive/Documents and Settings/Administrator/TheLightingController.

I've sent them files as well. Most helpful.

Okay, we're getting closer!

3D view is now working, and I can see the room, walls, ceiling, etc. I can move the room around just fine.

I cannot see any of my fixtures in it.

Suggestions?

PROBLEMS SOLVED!

No one from support got back to me (as of yet at least), but I was able to resolve the issue myself. It looked like 3D generator was trying to pull info from the previous version of ShowXpress. I uninstalled V5, and then reinstalled V6 which brought back the working generator, but then my fixtures didn't load. I went back into setup, went into the 1st fixture, changed a setting, changed it back, clicked save, and then all my stuff showed up!

At this point, I am good to go!

We received your zip file last night at 01:15, and (normally) during night period we do not work a lot.
Anyway, we are also able to see the fixtures of your lightshow, in 3DView.
We do not understand how there could be any conflict between V5 and V6, but the most important is your problem is fixed.
