3D View Issues

Hello Everyone,
I am having an issue with new fixtures being stuck on in the 3D View. After creating my fixtures and once I have focused them It appears that the lights are simply on a full with no changes made to the visualizer when i manipulate the sliders. 3D Output is on and green. I have zero issues controlling lights on the actual rig. Its just the 3D View that I am having issues with.
The fixtures I have added are as follows
Baby Colors H84 9 channel: RGBWAUV + Strobe + Color macros and Intensity.
RGBW Fiber Illuminator: RGBW + Annimation Wheel
Changing these fixture profiles changes nothing. I have 26 RGBW LED tape profiles that are in the 3D View and working as expected so this feels like some sort of bug when I built the Baby Colors and Fiber Illuminators. I have tried making new profiles with just the colors but this still fails to fix the issue.
Additionally, I also have ROBE Silver Scans that I am having difficulty getting Pan/Tilt Controls working properly. These are 16bit fixtures. I have Pan, upan, Tilt, and utilt on the profile as i assumed thats how one is to achieve using a 16bit profile in ShowExpress.
