Red circle with a line through it

Hi, I've been using an old 2017 version on win 7. I haven't used it in a few months but went to start up a show today to find some of the scenes not working and showing a red circle with a line through it. About 2 thirds do work. I understand this is not allowing the process but I need to fix it as I have a whole show programmed that needs to go back out on the road. If you could help it would be great.
