The Lighting Controller

Hi everyone,

i changed to Mac OS and now i got a big problem.

The Lighting Controller crashes when i try to use live Buttons via the Live Mobile App. It happend on both. Live Mobile v2 and v3. I tried it with 2 different iOS devices on 2 different Macs. The main Computer is a new mac mini with M2 and i tried it with an Macbook Air with M1. On both devices (macOS Sonoma) the Error occurs. The Software Version is 9.3.8

I can connect via the Live Mobile App to the Lighting Controller Software. When i close the App and reopen it after about 2 minutes and change something the Lighting Controller Software will crash. This happens every time.

We are a Wedding Location and use a QuickDMX 512+ to control our Lights via the Controller. In 90 % the mobile App is used. So it is very bad for us.

Is there a fix for this Problem? Thank you for your help!

I found version 9.3.6 BETA in this Forum. I tried this Version, because of the description. It says, that it was for M1 ARM. But the Problem is the same. The App crashes when connecting the second time with the Live Mobile App.

Sorry for this problem.

We worked last week on Live Mobile (V3) in order to provide a new version compiled with the latest iOS (and Android) libraries.
Using the latest iOS libraries may fix your problem.
This new version should be released in the coming days.
We will come back to you as soon as it is available.

You should be able to install a new version of Live Mobile V3 (3.0.8) from Apple Store.
