Multiple ShowXpress Instances/Virtual DMX Merging

re: Mobile DJ use of ShowXpress - I'm thinking to run 2 PCs into a DMX merger to be able to better mix audio and DMX on the fly. Since I leverage video, I'd be getting hardware for HDMI mixing also.

Any alternatives I should consider?

Any product roadmap plans for ShowXpress to allow for real-time playback/mixing of multiple timelines?
