Dear Support,
I just bought a Surface Pro X to manage in a tactile way my light shows created on ShowExpress.
A message from Windows tells me that this is not possible:
"This program cannot be installed on versions of Windows that support these architectures: x64"
What is going on? What can I do?
Thank you very much for your help
Guillaume

Re: WINDOWS ALERT ON SURFACE PRO X
AFAIK, the Microsoft Surface Pro X is not a "PC" because it uses an Arm processor:

But apparently 32-bit X86 applications should be emulated, so you should be able to try the 32-bit version of our software (without warranty)
