Spotlight positions change on some scenes

I have created a step scene with my 5 movers trained on one band member. It looks fine until I load this scene into the timeline and then all of the positions are wrong. When I click on that scene and select "edit", the scene looks fine. I'm on 9.2.23 using a 2020 MacBook Air (with Intel chips) running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. I am using a Rack-1024

Did you try to do the same by using a generator file? This has the additional advantage that you can easily offset the spotlights with every new stage build. Alternatively you could consider using palletes as well.

Thanks, I’ll give that a try.
Right now I am just programming and checking my work in the 3D viewer. I’ll get everything hooked up and take it for a test drive this weekend. My band doesn’t use automation or a click, and we run everything from the stage, so that presents many challenges. Fingers crossed. Once again, thank you for the response!
