Global Offset and Home Position request

I originally posted this in the steps area but I realize it should probably be here.

Can you add a global PTZ adjustment section for moving fixtures in the fixture menu?

It would be nice to have the ability to make fine adjustments on a global level and have a home position for fixtures without requiring a button.

Part of the reason I want this is so that I can go into this section and make adjustments that affect all of my scenes when I'm on different stages.
