Ok so I have a channel set to pan/tilt speed 0 is fast 255 is slow. Is there a way to invert this so 0 is slow and 255 is fast?

Yes, you can do it by yourself:
- edit the fixture
- select the channel
- edit the levels and change their label & icon

Alternatively, you can post the personality file here, and we will change it for you.
