Movers wont come down

So I have been using Showxpress for 3 weeks now and I'm getting a little mad I can't get this simple problem fixed. So I have 4 moving heads (intimidator spot 355z) and i am using them in 3d view I have each of them on a truss with the base of the model down and I am trying to adjust the pan and tilt so I can have them facing the ground but they are only moving on the ceiling and I also have 4 pars but I don't have issues with those. (I have not used the program with the actual movers yet) (I also tried Reverse pan and tilt with no luck )

Please double chek the "Pan/Tilt amplitude" parameters of the fixture, in the window "Edit Fixture".
