I am working with the 14 channel mode. This unit is pretty much basic as far as profiles go, but my problem is specifically on channel 12, it just says "31 built in color macros"
Most profiles would at least have 31 different range value listings.
Whatever you can provide for this unit would be appreciated.

The programmers can only provide a profile with the information in the manual you provided. You are correct, most fixture manuals would actually include what those "31 built in colour macros" are, but in the case of this manual, there's nothing more that can be done for that channel
