Windows 10 will not launch program

I have installed ShowXpress (ShowXpress_V8228_Win) on a three different Windows 10 computers, a Dell desktop at my office, a Windows surface (that I use to run the light shows), and a Dell OptiPlex 7050 at my home. The program works fine on the first two computers, but the program will not launch on the Dell OptiPlex 7050.

When I try to launch it, the little pre-launch screen appears on the screen and in the taskbar for a bit, but then both disappear and the program is not launched. (It does not appear in Task Manager either.)

I've uninstalled the program with RevoUnPro, and reinstalled the program twice. I get the same result.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I should try next?

There may be some corrupted data in the parameter files of our software.
Please locate the folder "TheLightingController" (it is in the "home directory" of your computer) and remove it (or remane it).

I did what I thought you were suggesting I do to fix my problem (see the changed name in the attached image).

That did not work. Any other ideas?

Sorry we did not give enough details.
We were not talking about that folder which is in the software folder. Please put back this folder as it was before.
