How to remove a fixture ? [fixed]

I added three fixtures to my pixel board and now I cannot delete them. How do you remove fixtures from the pixels map?! no right click option on menu item and keyboard shortcut does not work

You can use the lasso to select them.
Then right click over one of the selected fixtures and select "Cut" in the popup menu.

Thank you for your reply. This is what I wound up doing but this method also commits the fixture to the clipboard memory which is unnecessary and a potential pitfall during consecutive workflow.
