No audio [fixed]

Just installed software on new window 7 64 bit system. When audio (.wav format) is inserted in the audio timeline, I get no audio out. The file plays fine in audition and windows media player. Plz help! Screen control gives me a fonction: key error! (1) and then screen control shuts down. If I try to play the audio file from screen control it will play it. I have tried restarting, rebooting, and reinstalling software to no avail!

It seems the IP communication between our software can not work properly in your case. Please disable your security/firewall software to see if they are responsible. (ScreenControl should never be started manually, it is started by ControlBoard)

Yes, that was it! Windows firewall was blocking it and when I told it to allow everything is now working! Thanks!
