How to trigger several buttons in one button "Macro" ?

To create the Macro button
- switch on all buttons required for the Macro button
- right click on the page name box
- select menu "Add Macro button"

To modify the Macro button
- switch on the Macro button
- change the desired buttons
- right click on the Macro button
- select "Update Macro button"
