Feature request: prebuilt Strobe function

Prebuilt strobe function.
This would be great because it's quite hard to create it in a steps scene.
And if you call the built-in strobe function of a moving head or LED spot, strobe flashing is different on all the lights because they are all doing their own thing on their own speed. Would be great to have a pre-fabricated strobe function that sends 'strobe pulses' to the fixtures you want so you know they are all flashing on the same speed and same moment.
And if it's possible, a strobe function with adjustable speed (assignable to a midi fader)
