I have been trying to add two new ADJ mega Tripar profile plus's to my system. There seems to be something wrong with the profile as the 7 or 10 channel versions both seem to be contorting the wrong channels. I also cannot use the dimmer and the fixture stays on red all the time when all channels are at 0.

I am running the latest Sweetlight software on a Mac.

We double-ckecked our MegaTriBarProfilePlus(10ch) with the PDF, and we did not see any error in our library.
Sorry but the best we can do is to match as best as possible with the PDF.

The 7 channels model is a different model. It has nothing to do with the 10 channels one.
