The Lighting Controller

Hi
I made my own fixture file for my ADJ VBar Pak and also for ADJ Mega QA Par38.

When I open the 3d viewer to start and program my lights and to see what they are doing in the 3d viewer it doesn't show me my fixtures in the 3d viewer.
There is no fixtures there in the 3d viewer.

How do I get the 3d viewer to show me my fixtures that I have made and what they are doing

Ok i worked out what i did wrong. This was me being a nooby lol
I didnt set the lighting fixture 3d settings when i was making the fixture file for the lights. Once i went back and see it i set the setting and it all worked out fine.

Is there any advantage using the file you have made over using my own made one.

Like is there any pros or cons using own made fixture file vs your made file
