Standalone audio activation

Hi, I've just installed a Quick DMX 512 controller as a replacement for a faulty controller in a Night Club. The controller is running in standalone operation, I have two questions,
1: Is there anyway to connect an audio source in order for some of the programmes to run "sound to Light"
2: The supplied remote has 18 buttons, but I could only programme shows on to the first 12, buttons 13 to 18 wouldnt call up any saved shows.

1. sorry but the standalone interface does not have any audio input
