What exactly do "bargraph" and "streaming" frequency options do?

"Bargraph frequency" is to increase or decrease the bargraph (dmx levels visualizer) refresh rate.
"Streaming frequency" is to increase or decrease the data stream (of the dmx levels) of Editor/Live.

These options concern exclusively very old computers.
The lonely reason to reduce these frequencies is in case of your computer is not fast enough for our software.
