FAME Tweak 100 (MIDI Controller)

I would like to buy a MIDI controller.
I found the FAME Tweak 100. Do you know this one?

Do you think it is a good controller? Actually it's a drum controller. There are 16 pads on 3 banks AND some faders and "encoder-wheels". I'm not sure if they would also send a MIDI signal for dimming or something else or are just used in the controller itself to change values of pads.
