3D view problem

Post by Johann911 »

This is a strange one:

I have set up a large light show (for me) of about 2 universes.
I have created a few fixtures for PAR cans (3d view = par can, 1 channel = dimmer, beam angle = 40, specific colours for each one).
In most cases these work just fine, but today i added in 3 new par cans (8 lamps on each) and 3D view shows the beams as a spot/profile, not a wash.
Can someone suggest what is wrong? NB - not all of the parcans do this, only the new ones.

You can post (or email) your lightshow, with some infos to see the problem.
We will check that.

In your lightshow, we see: the 3DView and the created parcan fixtures. But we do not see any addressed fixtures !

So we just addressed one parcan amber at dmx #1 of universe #1, and a second one at dmx #1 of universe #2. But we do not see the problem.

Can you please send us your lightshow with your addressed parcan fixtures ?
