Accessing Built In Programs

Is it possible to access a fixture's built in programs? I would assume these are like multi-step scenes?
Specifically I am trying to access the built in programs of a Chauvet COLORstrip.

The fixture has 24 segments of lights, 8 blue, 8 green and 8 red.
In the built in program there are 'scenes' or 'steps' that access groups of the segments instead of all 8 (per color) at a time.
This photo is of the 10 steps the program goes through for each color.

Is it possible to access these individual steps so as to program them in part in my own show?
Or are these scenes 'ONLY' accessible while running the built in programs?

We checked the manual.
So far, it looks like it is not possible to access to individual steps, via an external dmx controller.
