Macro's are not compatible with "Chase/Random play" pages

A Macro works like this:
- it is linked to some buttons
- it knows the name of each button
- when switched on, it switches on the linked buttons
- when switched off, it switches off the linked buttons

If a button belongs to a "Chase/Random play" page, then the page switches on another button. This new button is not linked to the Macro, so it could not be swiched off by the Macro.
