How to have an image in channel icons, instead of the "?" ?

hiya people

i am completly new to all this DMX and everything i used to use a simple lighting board with 24 channels and that was it

i am looking to upgrade and go to computor controlled lighting which makes it much easier

but i am wondering if there is any add on packs or something alike due to the fact i keep getting images without channels or channels containg ?????? all the time

No there are no add on packs. This is the full software. If you are getting blank channels have a look at your fixture profile in "setup"
