ShowExpress with Colorado1 Tours

I cant get the COLORado1 and show express to match up with each other.

When I'm in setup i choose RGBW but it will only give me 1 or 2 channels of the colors when I go into editor. Do i have the COLORado1 not programed right or what is it?

I have tried to set the COLORado on arc2 or ar2.d or CAl1 or cal2.

I checked the profiles of the tour series and they all check out ok.
Can you give me a little more detail about the specific problem you are having so I can assist?
I don't think I understand completely.
