DMX/3D offline

I have some remote but at the editor and live the DMX / 3D are standing at the red.
and they don't go online (green) ..?

With new software version 6.31, the led does not turn green if communication does not work.
This means there is some firewall/antivirus which is blocking the network communication of our programs.

I have the same problem. It's not my firewall or my antivirus. my problem is on two computers. one with AVG Antivirus and one with no antivirus.

Once i have restarted the computer, it will not allow me to use DMX or 3D :-/

I put off windows firewall and Microsoft Securtity Essentials,
and now it's not working again..

on the Sweetlight Remote box is Power lamp on
and the pc-link lamp is on.

What to do?
