[MacOS] when i load 3d viewer the hole page is black [fixed]

i have shutdown the program and rebooted it an still nothing has happened but when i change show it works fine please could some one help me on this because i spent 10 days on this show and i need for wednesday and i don't have time to remake the hole thing

While I am not on Mac, whenever my viewer comes up black I mouse over it, click on viewer and drag it around. Usually it pops up then. Other times I have to zoom in. If I'm zoomed out to far I can't see an image.

The size is very big (100 x 100 meters), so we have to zoom a lot.

it was the desighn for an out door show so i made it that big so they sorta knew the size of the stage to the venue

Please try to click on dmx/3d in Editor/Live, and tell us if it goes from red to green.
