3D View not working

Post by rdypatel »

Hey, I'm new to the lighting scene so there's a good chance I didn't change some necessary setting to get this to work. My 3D View is not working in Editor or Live Mode. I made sure to click the 3D button on top in Editor mode but still nothing. The Par Quads beam an amber color light in the 3D View. They don't change colors when I change levels. Then I saved the scene and imported it into Live Mode but it's still doing the same thing. Also, my fixtures won't change orientation when I try to change it in Fixture Settings in 3D View. I've uploaded two pictures to show you what it exactly looks like.

The channels names ("color", "color", "color", "color") are not ok, in order to give a correct rendering in 3DView.
Please give us a link to the PDF manual of your fixture, and we will built a correct personality file for you.

http://www.chauvetlighting.com/products ... _ML_WO.pdf I own strips and par quads. The personality file came with the program for the strip and par so I don't see how it could have been wrong. But I guess let's try your way first. Thanks!

Hey, so I made a 4 channel personality file and it works. However, I need a 5 channel personality file. The pre-made file doesn't seem to function correctly. Could you make another one, please? Thanks!

Not easy because the functions of channel 3 depend of the level of channel 2.
Please tell us the mode you want to use, and we will make the correct personality file for you.
