manual speed control slider...

would it be possible to have a speed control slider that could effect the speed of a scenes playback to make it easy to flow with song and beat changes to further enhance operations for live shows? or is the only real option doing manual bpm for everything?

"Direct access" speed slider for "scene" button is in the TODO list (no time frame).

my only thinking was you could base it off the same model of the faders you have now...

how much trouble would it be to offer 8 fades instead of 4? i have many groups of fixtures that need more manual control like this if it is not a huge issue. i know theater guys would appreciate it too from what i read on here.

This location/number of master faders has been approved, accordingly with pro people using our software, in this "seven pages" topic: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=1811&start=0

These are "master faders", but remember you can also use all buttons you want as (horizontal) fader

In your software folder, you will find a folder "lightshow", which contains a "demo_show".
Please import this lightshow, and you will see those faders.

thanks again... i did use the demo show and i do not see any faders on buttons... i see presets on buttons being used..

anyhow i set one up with a fader but it does not seem to effect it. i push the button and the light comes on fully, even when the added fader above it shows it off to the left. is there a step i missed during programming in the editor? this is why i was asking for an example...

You need at least a scene with 2 steps to work with "fader buttons". The fader will act between first step and last step.
