Windows 8 and X-factor box

Is there a reason why Windows8 does not recognize my X-factor box? is there a driver I need to make it work?

It says to check the manufactures website as the driver does not contain "digital signature information"

Our drivers are signed ; the signature is accepted by Windows XP, Vista and Seven.

but for an unknown reason, Windows 8 does not accept the signature.

Hi,

I have a windows 8 64 bit laptop, and am trying to install the X-Factor box. I have downloaded the latest version and the drivers. I have followed the digital signature certificate procedure as well, but no matter what I try the xfactor is never recognized and is always "unknown".

Can you please list the steps to get this to work? When I try to point it manually to the drivers, it never finds any devices to list.
