Manual override of scene

Post by Tuquet »

My shows are often done on the hoof as I have no rehearsal time to fine tune light settings. I set up the basic scenes but not everything is hunky dory.

Sometimes I need to increase the light levels or add an extra light live during the show.

Can this be done?

Sure. With the Editor open you van have manual control.
I do mid-show for several of my fixtures. I've even done my 6 upstage movers 8 scenes I use focuses mid first song of a show.
Declaring a fixture mid show can be done and then having control of it manually through live by selecting it in the 2D panel of Editor.
I have even built scenes mid show and then put them in editor and given them a trigger. It takes some planning but it can be done.
I wouldn't call it easy? But it functionally can be done.
