Timeline Button displaying elapsed timeline time

I have just programmed a show for a client and have buttons for various events in the show.
There is a mixture of "Scenes", "Multimedia" and "TimeLines".
A great feature for this would of been that when a "TimeLine" button is pressed that it shows the "Length in Time" and the "Time Elapsed" of the timeline.
Is this a possibility ?

Not sure "easy".
But noted in TODO list in section "wishes" (no date for that).
