X (pan) not moving one head out of six

Here's to hoping I say this the right way, lol

I have a "Chauvet Show Xpress Plus Lighting Controller (14)(speed)" " Software = Show Xpress Control Board" " Six AMERICAN DJ VIZI LED SPOT High Output LED Moving Head"

I have gotten everything to work but have ( 1) problem...

If I got into my builder or editor and try to pan head 1 that starts on dxm 1/12 (X number1) it will not turn/pan, if I go to 2 (fine tune of X) it will move very small amount like it should.
I have not problem with the other Five Heads. This is the first head in the chain addressed at 001.

If I set the head to start at DMX 2 and change the address also in the software I can pan the the head but have loss of other functions..

Please any help would be nice...

In order to know if problem is exclusively with these specific lights or not, please make a test with another light (from another manufacturer).

PS: we of course consider you are using the lastest software release, so the problem can not be a bug of an old software release.
