I was not able to find it on their website. The Profiles zip file is from early 2011 and does not have all of the new stuff in it.

The one I saw was dated 16 November 2011.

Sorry - I have noticed that the 9channel you want is not the correct one from Chauvet.
All the others seem to be correct.

Can you specifically tell me where you are looking at for the other profiles that you saw?

The zip-file that is on the chauvet site includes profiles for 3,9,12 and 36 channels

Just downloaded, and the zipfile is exactly the same as the last one.
The 9channel profile does not agree to your manual
