How to have more than 2 button windows

I would like to have at least 3 windows of 8 buttons each. I only have 2. The first window is called LIVE and the second is called Buttons#2. How do I create another window?

The limit is 2 windows of 8 boards each, which offers max 16 pages of buttons.
