Update Fixtures in Group

I
m working in the Editor section and already have multiple groups set up. In the box on the lower right, I "right click" and see the option "update fixtures in group" but can't for the life of me find how to add fixtures to an existing group. Nor can I find any mention of how to use this feature in the manual. Please help.

- press the key to select the group
- keep the key "ctrl" pressed, and click to select/deselect the fixtures
- right click on group name, and select "Update fixtures in group"
