Presets not allowing me to select [fixed]

I'm using the newest v6.29 and I've noticed all of a sudden that my presets aren't allowing me to change them via the slider on the top of them. The slider moves, but the preset stays on the first step. I can change them via right click - steps - (select the step I want) but it's not fast to do it this way. I tried using the demo show and it sometimes worked and sometimes did not.

System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Service Pack 1

8.00 GB RAM (7.90 GB Usable)

I've included my show file, it's from V5 upgraded, but I've tried building a preset in a new show and it still doesn't allow changing of the presets unless I right click.
