Post by ERC »

I have installed Sweetlight fresh on a laptop, I have put back a backup.

Now the following problem, I can make a new scene in EDITOR, it runs ok, I also can save it. BUT when I import it in Live..... NO OUTPUT :(
I'm running it on a Vista PC...... any tips?

We saw so many weird things with Vista.
We suggest you to try with another computer (XP or Seven) ; and let us know if still problem or not.

PS: we of course consider you use the lastest avalaible version (V6.29).

FYI: Builder is obsolete ;)

FYI,

Regarding Vista 32bits
Our software works well with some Vista 32bits computers.
For reasons that only M$ knows, the software communication fails with some other Vista computers.
It is clear that Vista 32bits is not 100% completed.
As developpers, with all our developments tools, we can easily see that Vista 32bits is still bugged.

Regarding Vista 64bits
We think (or hope) that everybody will agree that this OS is fully bugged. So there is no more comments required.

We can understand the frustration of people who spent money for a Vista computer. It is so much easy to say: "Microsoft is the best ; they can not be faulty. The problem comes certainly from the lighting software."

Again, the same EXE file, works well under XP and Seven, while it works randomly with Vista. So can you still say, this is our fault ?

Now you believe what you want.

We suggest you to make Google search about Vista problems ; and may be later you could trust us !
