Getting similar "setup\setup.exe"error [fixed]

I am running the latest Show Xpress (6.29). I am getting message - "Windows cannot find 'Setup\Setup.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again. "
I installed it onto two separate computers with the same issue when I click on "fixtures" button on control board.

running Windows 7 (32bit on one laptop and 64bit on the other laptop)
