Will not output DMX [fixed]

Showxpress will not output DMX through the XPress 512 that I own, or through another one that I borrowed. I am certain that both are functional units, as they work on other computers. The software will recognize the unit, and the unit does put out some sort of data (the data indictors on my lights illuminate), however everything is completely unresponsive to any sort of data I try to send via the Editor or Live. The same exact software running the same Xpress512 plugged into the same system on a Mac running Snow Leopard as well works completely fine. I've tried v6.26, v6.27, and v6.28. All do not function on my computer. My USB ports are fully functional.

If we right understood, it does not work with your Mac Snow Leopard computer, while it works well with another Mac Snow Leopard computer.
May be the software&interface are ok, and there is a problem with your Mac computer ?

Can you make the test with only one dmx fixture plugged to the dmx line (the other lights must be not connected), in order to be sure this is not a dmx electrical problem ?

Yes, I tested this. My computer's USB ports communicate fine with every other device, and my XPress 512 is functional. Something's up with the software

I have just solved the problem. There was something in the folder "TheLightingController" that was messed up. Upon deleting the folder and reinstalling the software, everything works. Thanks for your reply.
