Everything is setup right no Action

Hello,

I am a new user I watched all the youtube videos on how to setup everything and have double checked the settings and addresses. I can see the DMX signal in the app when I slide the toggles in the editor but nothing happens with the lights. My 3d mode does not work not sure if that has something to do with it.

Any help would be appreciated

Did you select the dmx and/or 3D button inorder to send the signals to those areas

Not sure what the firewall has to do with it did I miss something in the instructions??

Could part of the problem be that the 3d portion of the software is not working?

The software relies on internal IP communication, occasionally it has been known that firewalls will block this (I have to press allow on my Kaspersky firewall).

The reason why I would doubt that it would be 3D view not working is that with something this fundamental, everyone would have the issue. I could (of course) be wrong though.

Ok so I got the first light to work when another light is plugged into it via DMX when I plug the 2nd light in it stops responding both fixtures are addressed according to the software they are intimidator 150 and the addresses are 1,13

Any clue why this would happen?

Have you tried swapping the lights around, plugging the one addressed to 13 in first then attach the one addressed to 1, this will find out if the problem is the DMX out of the fixture addressed to 1. I presume that you have tried different cables. I wouldn't expect termination to be an issue on such a short run, but perhaps it's worth a try.

I will try that tonight each one works when plugged in by itself addressed as 1 but I will try reversing the addressing
