Editor / 3D View Strobing Issue [done]

Hey Quick Question If Anyone has had this issue in the past!
Im running a 7 channel Eternal Lighting RGBA Flat par Pro and Ran into a issue on the editor emulating 3dView.
When I try to change any values the lights strobe in 3DView and Live.
If i try to turn the light up with dimmer it automatically strobes.
Help?
