Loss of my red channel

Hello.
I have 8 RGB Par cans rigged up via a USB Cable. I have a strange problem I am not to sure how to correct. Please can you help. All the Par Cans work great in editor and Live mode except for the very first channel which is Par Can 1 Red. Nothing happens when you try this channel. When I put Red Channel on all the Cans all apart from Par Can 1 shows red. This even happens on the 3D View too. When I try for other colours that mix the Red it still does not come on so I get Seven Par Cans showing white and Par Can 1 showing Teal. Hope you can help me out. I am puzzeled.

are you using the latest software version(6.271)? what os (windows/mac)

you can try this:
change the adres from par 1 to par 2 (on the par, the 2 pars go now together)does the par work then? if not the par is broken.

or create a new show without programming in setup, try to move the faders in editor and see if the par works

if u make a zip of your lightshow and attach it to you next post we can try to find your problem
