cable drivers installed but not being reconised

I baught the sweetlight usb to dmx from a shop in my city. it was a demo piece of equipment so it has been inslled on another computer. but from what i have read shouldnt make any difference. But my problem is this. i install the software fine, but the drivers dont seem to install correctly. As when i load up the sweetlight software windows it says that no universe found. i have tried every thing i can think of but still not working. i am running windows vista 32 bit.

Please read the manual. It explains how to install the driver manually.

It was working with the shop computer.
It does not work on your computer.
We just checked the manual driver install, on some of our computers ; it was successful.

May be your computer has a problem ?

hi ive also had this problem
with me it came from a previuos install of the drivers.
i did remove the installed drivers manualy. run a pc clean programm,then install the latest drivers
did u also tryed plugging it onto another usb port? this also gave me sometimes problems.
