D1024W with Software Version V9 no Interface will found

Hello, we use an new QuicDMX D1024 W Interface instaead of an old D512S because we need more universes.
Now we can`t find the new D1024W Box. We install the USB Drivers for Windows an give The Lightingcontroller permission for Privat Network

What shall i do now ??

I have tried those drivers along with Quick DMX version 9.4.5, and it’s not working. It still says that the interface is not recognized.

Could you please help me determine exactly which version of Quick DMX and which drivers are required for this interface on Windows?
