I have used ShowXpress for years and rarely had problems. I have used version 9.2 without issues... until today. I added some new fixtures and setup a few pages worth of scenes and buttons. The show was working as planned until I exported the show file. The following error showed up for hundreds of .sce files. Steps_LoadBinaryScene:Unsupported file format in '/Users/lcstreamm3/TheLightingController/LightShows/Theater 1 25/scenes/generator/chase 5.sce'
When I finally clicked through all of the OK buttons the show opened, but all of the fixtures and patching were deleted. It was completely blank. What is happening?? I have a show tomorrow and no working software. I have run this on several different MacBooks without problems for years. No update to the operating systems lately. No update to version 9.4. I did try updating one of the MacBooks to 9.4 but had the same issue.

You can try to make a ZIP of the lightshow folder and post a download link of the ZIP file (via wetransfer for instance).
Then we will check that.

For an unknown reason, the size of several Steps scenes files is 0 byte.
We see that not only for the scenes, but also for the Generator projects and the fixtures libraries.

This lightshow is unfortunately not usable.
We hope you have another older backup.

I have tried opening other shows and have the same problems. These were all working great until I tried to save and export and then everything went wrong. How should I proceed? If I completely start over from fixtures and patching and rebuild the shows will the same problem happen again when I try to save/export?

This second ZIP file is worst.
All files in have a size of 0 byte !
